Our experience from our own practice as home brewers helps us to understand and implement the requirements and needs of our customers in the best possible way.

We introduce ourselves
It all began 20 years ago with the company's founder's idea to brew his own beer in the garage. As an engineer in brewery plant construction, he made plans for his first microbrewery with 50l cast wort.
Soon the system became too small and was replaced by a 120 l system and later by a 250 l brewing system, supplemented by useful improvements from the newly gained experience.
A 5 hl and 10 hl system followed.

There were many interested buyers for the "old" system, and in order to avoid the disappointment of those who were not considered, the systems were rebuilt and sold several times. In the meantime, SUDHAUSBAU GmbH can look back on a reference list with more than 40 systems sold worldwide.

Today, SUDHAUSBAU has increasingly specialized in the production of complete brewing systems. With a team of 3 engineers and 2 master brewers, reinforced by our team in production in our factory and for on-site installation and commissioning, we offer the perfect service from conception, design, production, construction to successful commissioning. Whether manual or automated, our systems are located beyond Europe in China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia and Bolivia.
We manufacture according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and on a 640 m² production area with 3000 m² of open and storage spaceISO 3834-2. The production works afterAD - 2000 HP 0 and HP 100 R. Our experienced welders have welding certificatesDIN ISO 9606-1 and DIN EN ISO 14732.And all of that MADE IN GERMANY. What more do you need?
